Ужасная контора, устанавливали пластиковые окна REHAU, мало того, что привезли ручку с браком, так спустя полгода одно из окон( с выкидом) перестало открываться нормально, а второе комнатное окна скрипит кошмарно. После звонка диспетчерам данной конторы, связались с установщиком Русланом, который кормил «завтраками» несколько дней, сам не звонил, как обещал, по итогу в день его приезда( который был назначен на 7-8 часов вечера) у него резко сломалась машина( звонили снова мы) а он от нас в 1,5 часах езды от нас. И снова предложил перенести на завтра. В диспетчерской пластика-окон на этот раз отказались повлиять на скорейший приезд установщика, и сказали « ну у вас есть его номер, договаривайтесь сами». Вообщем будем подавать дело в суд за некачественное выполнение гарантийных обязательств. Не советую ставить окна в данной фирме.
