у меня было 2 неприятных момента.когда делала заказ на остекление лоджии просила светлый уплотнитель,а привезли с черным и сказали,что ничего страшного,привыкните.скажу,что не привыкла,коробит.затем заказала новую сетку.один работник все хорошо сделал,а через год вторую сетку ставил другой,просверлил дырку в профиле,да еще обиделся,что я ему высказала.пожаловалась в контору попросила что бы приехали замазали.отказали.мастер,видители обиделся и ко мне не пойдет.так с дыркой и живу.
