Так как фирма проверена уже заказали окна именно у них. Все было бы просто отлично, если бы не приехал именно этот мастер по установки. С 11:30 до 20:30 нам ставили окна. Все это время мы были на улице с грудным ребенком. На просьбу поторопиться хотя бы чуть чуть человек отвечал, что у него тоже есть личная жизнь , и он просто не может не выйти покурить каждые 15 минут, и поговорить по телефону о всех новостях за последние несколько дней. Ещё не понравилось, что приехал один мастер. На вопросы, почему он один, человек отвечал , что если бы приехали двое , то это обязательно были бы какие то алкаши. Говорил, что у этой фирмы только он такой мастер, а все остальные просто делают очень плохо и некачественно. Так же мужчина говорил, что у фирмы нету никакой гарантии на окна. Что если будет что то не так никто не приедет к нам это исправлять. В общем со слов этого человека мы поняли, что фирма впринцепи ни о чем и если вдруг что, то звонить надо именно ему, и он так же все поставит только дешевле (самореклама и самоутверждение за счёт фирмы). Обидно то, что мы туда обратились , потому что качество окон у наших знакомых очень хорошее. Фирма проверена. А такие люди просто портят все впечатление о ЭкономОкно. Кроме того, что он самый лучший мантажник в городе Омске, а эта фирма просто ужасная мы ничего не услышали. По качеству именно наших окон пока ничего не могу сказать, поставили один день назад. Будем смотреть .
