Почему то в этом месте, можно с клиентами обойтись так: человек записался , за сутки, расчитыая и планируя свой единственный выходной, надеясь на то, что по делам он пойдет приведя себя в порядок. Звонит перед началом записи , спросив может ли он придти на час позже, ему говорят , нет. Ок прихожу к 11 на свою запись, а мне говорят , не будет мастера, идите на х..., мы же в этом не виноваты, и на 12 нельзя, потому что другой уже клиент. То есть в этом сарае не понимают, что так это не делают, что это вообще неадекват какой-то , то есть меня даже не предупредили. А просто поставили перед фактом...

Работа администраторов ужасная!!! Пришлось ждать стрижку ЧАС!!! Хотя, была записана! Оправдание: "не в супер салон же пришли!" Это что??? Сюда ходят отбросы общества, так?? Я хожу, например, к определенному мастеру. Мне неважно, где она работает. Администратор должен определенным образом относиться к клиентам,а не хамить! И соображать, как состыковать время клиентов.

Уважаемое руководство парикмахерской! Увольте пожалуйста девушку администратора. Блондинку. Она хамка, не умеет разговаривать с клиентами. Если не будет никакой реакции на мое обращение буду жаловаться выше. Эта хамка распугает вам всех клиентов. Примите меры!!!

Очень нравится парикмахерская очень вежливая администратор. Хожу подстригаться к мастеру Шанку очень нравится всем советую, стрижет очень аккуратно и главное качество стоижки как в салоне, на высшем уровне. Всем советую!!!
