Добрый день! Приехав в офис компании 27.07.2020 года по адресу: Изумрудная улица, дом 6, для расторжения договора Осаго, в связи с продажей автомобиля, девушка менеджер, оторвав голову от телефона, с печалью в глазах, что ее прервали, сначала не поняла вопроса, покрутив документ, с видом, что вы меня от важных дел оторвали, отказала в принятии заявления для расторжения договора.Отправив по другому адресу. Причем, этот адрес был даже не юридический, а просто обычный филиал. Согласно федеральному закону № 40 от 25.04.2002 г ст.ст. 451, 958 ГК РФ страховщик имеет право расторгнуть договор ОСАГО при смене владельца в любом филиале компании, в данном случае-ВСК на Изумрудной,д.6. Хорошие менеджеры-залог успеха компаний!
