Записаться заранее к мастеру, чтобы подровнять челку, не смогла. 14.11.18 в конце рабочего дня обошла все парикмахерские, везде очереди, а здесь — никого, ни единого клиента. На ресепшне сидит барышня: если на стрижку — проходите. Встает и топает к креслу в пустом зале. Смотрю на нее непонимающе, она собирается стричь или кто-то должен выпорхнуть из подсобки? Бейджа у нее нет, парикмахер она или уж заодно обрабатывает залетных граждан… делать-то ей все равно нечего. В общем, взгляд мой ей не п онравился, и она отказала мне в услуге. Личные амбиции у «мастера» оказались превыше всего, а могла бы своей работой доказать, что фирма веников не вяжет, и мы бы разошлись к обоюдному удовольствию. Никаких данных о контактах руководства на информационном стенде нет, так же как данных о регистрации предприятия. Книга отзывов — явный фейк для проверяющих, т.к. заведена в марте и до сих пор не содержит ни единой записи, что по определению исключено в сфере услуг (благодарные клиенты часто говорят своим мастерам спасибо, пользуясь книгой отзывов). Р Отзыв оставляю исключительно для того, чтобы другие не попадали в подобную ситуацию, а еще лучше — обходили парикмахерскую на Святоозерской, 26 стороной. – показать

Добрый день!Моя дочь сегодня посетила парикмахерскую «Эконом».Записалась на прическу в 13.00 к выпускному,когда пришла,сказали подождите мастера,мы забыли.Обещали все сделать за час.В итоге дочка прибежала в три с ужасом на голове!Вся в истерике поехала на праздник!Рассказала,что один подошел,что то сделал,ушел на пол часа,второй подошел,что то сделал…Как можно было так испортить длинные шикарные волосы я не знаю!!!Моему возмущению нет предела!НИ КОМУ НЕ СОВЕТУЮ ЭТО МЕСТО!!!
