Здесь вы найдете обувь, комплектующие для нее и аксессуары исключительно для женщин. В этом магазине я часто вижу большое количество покупателей и это понятно, ведь товар сделан без нареканий и упреков; коллекции часто меняются в соответствие модным тенденциям. Покупателей обслуживает очень хорошо. Вы никогда не услышите грубого слова от консультанта и это точно понравится всем покупателям без исключения.

Мое недовольство вызвано скорее не качеством обуви, а скорее некоторой неклиентоориентированностью магазина. У меня возникло ощущение, что клиенту рады только когда он отдает деньги за покупку, а в случае возникновения спорной ситуации возникают трения в обслуживании. В мое случае, я впервые в жизни возвращал покупку с девушкой. Я сперва в принципе не знал что нужно делать. Мне кажется, что все направления работы с клиентом должны быть отработаны.
