Являюсь абонентом Экомобайл в СПб три месяца. За это время дважды списали денежные средства как объяснили за ошибочно подключенную услугу. В личном кабинете ничего увидеть невозможно. Несколько раз обращалась в кол. Центр, обещали разобраться и вернуть деньги, но так ничего и не вернули. В поездке на межгород подключила услугу пакет командировочный, но деньги первые несколько дней списывались по огромному тарифу с телефона, минуты стали списываться с подключенного пакета только после того, как телефон заблокировали в связи с минусовым остатком. После того, как я начала разбираться минуты стали списываться с пакета командировочный, но ранее списанные деньги так и не вернули. Через три дня пришла смс, что пакет командировочный отключен, хотя я его ещё на половину не израсходовала. Разбираться больше не буду. Приеду домой и переведусь на другого оператора. Не подключайте телефон к Экомобайл ни при каких тарифах, всё равно обманом снимут денег в два раза больше тарифа, а концов не найдете. Билайн вообще отказывается от этого оператора, говорит - ваш телефон корпоративный, обращайтесь в корпорацию, заявки по номеру принимаем только от корпорации. Про оператора Экомобайл в Билайне вообще не знают, называют совсем другое название корпорации.
