Заказали в этой фирме септик топас 8. Очень быстро с нами созвонились, обговорили все нюансы, когда удобно, во сколько. Приехали в оговоренное время, быстро всё установили, всё понравилось. Прошёл год. Возникла неисправность в септике стоки из септика пошли в дом в связи с переполнением септика. Звоню в сервисную службу Служба Заботы о Клиентах (улыбнуло про заботу о клиентах) , никого, на сих сайте чат, пишу в него, бот отвечает Напишите, что вас интересует, и я вам обязательно помогу.......... В итоге нашёл стороннего специалиста который приехал не смотря на свою занятость и помог мне Вывод: продать продадут, а вот с форс мажорными ситуациями разбирайтесь сами.

Валерий, добрый день! Этот свой отзыв Вы размещали на других сайтах-отзовиках еще в августе 2017 года. Я уже отвечал Вам на него, отвечу и здесь.С того времени мы значительно увеличили штат обслуживающего персонала и, как видите, больше отрицательных отзывов на качество обслуживания мы не получаем. Спасибо за Ваш отзыв, Вы помогаете нам становиться лучше!

Два года назад затеял на даче обустройство канализации. Не знаю почему выбрал эту фирму. Соседи делали себе то же, но кто как. Советовали идти их путем, но я что-то упёрся, хотя толком в скептики не вникал. В общем позвонил, приехал инженер, все посмотрел, померил и назвал цену. Просто подарок. Вышло сильно меньше, чем я предполагал. Спасибо Вам и Вашей доблестной бригаде, Александр. Аккуратно, без земляных куч и грязи выкопали котлован под "Топас"(дело было в середине апреля 2017г.). Пока копали, привезли септик. За все про все ушло часа 4-5. Все работает, есть гарантия. Описание работы и профилактика-поймёт и ребёнок. Позабыты "все удобства на улице". Спасибо, Вам. Новых успехов. У Вас получится!!!
