Может конечно нам не повезло, но напишу наше сотрудничество с данным магазином. Купили футбольные бутсы в мае , ребенку за 15 000 с учетом скидки по карте покупателя, консультант был отличный, все рассказал, посоветовал и подобрал желаемую модель. Через 1,5 месяца эксплуатации отлетел центральный шип и частично отклеелась подошва на обеих парах. При обращании в магазин с усмешкой обьявили варианты: 1.: чтобы не было совсем грустно Вам, можем дать скидку на покупку новых бутс. Т.к. Особенность профессиональной обуви именно в недолговечности. Вариант 2: ни вам ни нам: мы прошьем подошву и припаяем шип- отказались Вариант 3: купить у производителя , подложить некачественный и вернуть- наверное, можно и так))) Последний аргумент, что мы сами виноваты и неправильно эксплуатировали обувь. Претензию принять отказались, предложили экспертизу и скорее всего мы ее и оплатим, тк неправильная эксплуатация была и срок гарантии 1 месяц прошел. Очень разочарована сервисом и работе с возвражениями клиента. Если бы это был магазин Nike, то обменяли сразу или вернули деньги. А в текущем случае, обувь забрали на экспертизу, претензию отправила на элеткронную почту. И теперь ждем ((( нет желания связываться с данным магазином, так как клиентоориентированность при возникновении возврата отсутствует.
