EKAM оказывает дополнительные услуги по регистрации кассового аппарата в налоговой инспекции. Сроки поджимали и заказала ключ ЭЦП через специалиста ЕКАМ. Стоимость та же, что и других удостоверяющих центров. С кассой все было сделано. Получила флэшку с записанным сертификатом. Однако, сертификатом для входа в личный кабинет налоговой на своем компьютере воспользоваться не получается. Требуется совет и поддержка удостоверяющего центра. Специалист ЕКАМ принципиально не отвечает на вопрос, утвержда я, что раз касса зарегистрирована, они свою работу выполнили. Считаю, что услуга не оказана полностью, т.к. изготовление ключа оплачивалась мной отдельно по счету и является отдельной от других услуг позиций. Очень странная позиция, ничего заоблачного я не спрашивала. – показать

работаем с компанией екам уже год; приложение работает исправно, тех поддержка всегда отвечает во время и на все вопросы, пытаемся сейчас наладить сканирование по штрих коду, думаю с этим справимся тоже оперативно;радует легкая работа с номенклатурой в программе по сравнению с другими аналогичными программами
