22 августа позвонила с офис с просьбой подобрать билет на сентябрь по недорогому тарифу. Нашил одно место на 6 сентября по 6360. Объяснила почему не лечу с Победой (проблемы с багажом)Попросила забронировать. Сослались на невозможность и предложили бронировать на сайте. Про багаж ни слова. Быстро, в спешке бронирую на сайте и несусь на Солженицина выкупать. Покупаю билет, рассказывая кассиру про Победу и их вечные мытарства с багажом. В ответ просят перепроверить данные паспорта и рейса. Все про веряю, претензий нет. Дома, когда начинаю собирать компанию с ужасом обнаруживаю, что билет продан БЕЗ БАГАЖА!!! Несусь в кассу — билет — ни сдать, ни обменять невозможно, как докупить багаж1. Только в аэропорту, по цене перевеса 350 руб за кг. То есть сумма равняется 7 тыс, фактически цена второго билета! Звоню в компанию Эк-Альянс, мне разъясняют, что я должна была на сайте, при бронировании открывать дополнительные окна, внимательно все читать (а ничего, что ранее мне говорили, что последнее место и надо бронировать быстрее) открывать какие то бледные пиктограммы в углу, чтобы понять, что тариф без багажа. И теперь их система не позволяет им ни менять тариф, не доплачивать за багаж заранее. А что систему не люди придумывают и не они системщикам дают задание? Объясняю, что я пенсионер с инвалидностью, месяц назад ломала ногу и мне очень тяжело таскаться по аэропорту с ручной кладью и поднимать ее на борт…Налицо обман, неразъяснение особенностей нововеденого тарифа, провоза багажа.ЛЮДИ, будьте внимательнее!!! У компании упали обороты, она начала мухлевать. Я 10 лет ездила с этой компанией, кучу друзей привела и такое впервые!!! У любой компании при тарифе без багажа есть обция дополнительной оплаты багажа ЗАРАНЕЕ, а не в аэропорту по драконовской цене перевеса! Буду обращаться в Роспотребнадзор!!! – показать
