Это мое первое бронирование в ehotel. Цена была на сотни евро меньше, чем у любого другого. Я был настроен скептически. Затем я приступил к полному беспорядку в своей брони. Я позвонил в службу поддержки клиентов, чтобы исправить мои ошибки. Я пошел прямо к милой женщине, которая была очень терпелива со мной и помогла мне перебронировать бронирование. С небольшой помощью жены мне также удалось испортить новую бронь. Должно быть, из-за меня у дамы появилось несколько седых волос, но она разобралась с этим и сохранила хорошее и отзывчивое отношение. Удивительные цены и невероятно отличное обслуживание клиентов. Жаль, что могу поставить только 5 звезд! В следующий раз я приеду к вам прямо в ehotel. Спасибо! Dies ist meine erste Buchung bei ehotel. Der Preis war Hunderte von Euro weniger als jeder andere. Ich war skeptisch. Ich fuhr dann fort, ein totales Chaos aus meiner Reservierung zu machen. Ich rief den Kundenservice an, um meine Fehler zu beheben. Ich kam direkt zu einer netten Dame, die sehr geduldig mit mir war und mir half, meine Reservierung umzubuchen. Mit etwas Hilfe meiner Frau gelang es mir auch, die neue Reservierung durcheinander zu bringen. Die Dame muss wegen mir ein paar graue Haare bekommen haben, aber sie hat es wieder in Ordnung gebracht und behielt eine gute und hilfsbereite Einstellung bei. Erstaunliche Preise und unglaublich toller Kundenservice. Schade das ich nur 5 Sterne geben kann! Ich werde sie beim nächsten Mal direkt ehotel aufsuchen. Danke!
