Позвонила, спросила делают ли они визу в страну, которая меня интересует. Они ответили, что делают. Привезла им документы в пятницу, сказали во вторник забрать и отвезти в другое место. Я спросила, почему они не предупреждают по телефону, что мне нужно будет приходить к ним 2й раз и потом самой куда то, зачем то, везти документы. На что у меня спросили "ой, а вас не предупредили"?. Если бы предупредили, то конечно я бы не пришла. Во вторник забрала документы, они мне заполнили анкету, которую я могла бы заполнить дома сама, но бесплатно. Дальше я повезла документы по адресу, который они мне дали, это оказался визовый центр, который не имеет к ним отношения(я уточнила). Тут я поняла, что просто потратила время и могла бы сразу придти в этот 2й визовый центр. Для чего мне нужен был этот ЕВЦ если по факту анкету можно самой заполнить, а 2й визовый не имеет к ним отношения и я могла без них туда придти, я не понимаю.
