Хочу написать очень плохой отзыв про турагенство Едем Вместе! Народ они обманывают просто великолепно! Не буду расписывать всю ситуацию с моим родным человеком, который попался на их удочку, он от части сам виноват что сразу отдал деньги за тур. Коротко о сути: он купил тур в Турцию на 4 дня и отдал 20 000 руб за путевку. Вылет они подобрали конечно же с Шереметьево в полдень и по прилету ему еще ехать 2 или 3 часа до отеля т.е день потерян. Далее 2 дня он конечно же отдохнет и на 4 день рано утром ему опять ехать до самолета и потом в Шереметьево, и до Тулы: вывод - день потерян. Отель который ему подобрали просто отвратительный по читаемым отзывам. Единственный плюс море рядом! Вот вся история. Я когда это узнала у меня глаза на лоб вылезли от таких предложений. Я хочу обратится к людям которые там работают и сказать вам что всех денег мира вам не заработать но так обманывать людей которые не понимают в этом сервисе нельзя. Это низко!!! Позор вам!!!

Уважаемая Майя! Ваш родственник выбрал тур исключительно из-за низкой цены, самый дешевый вариант. От предложенного отеля более высокого уровня, с разницей в цене около 2 тыс. руб он отказался. Перелет осуществлялся на чартерном рейсе, время вылета которого заранее не фиксируется и при бронировании указывается ориентировочно и может быть изменено. От доплаты за более удобный по времени вылета чартерный рейс ваш родственник отказался. От доплаты за регулярный рейс, время вылета которого фиксированно, он так же отказался. Обращу так же внимание, что агентство никоим образом технически не может повлиять на расписание авиа-рейсов. Со стороны агентства туристу была предоставлена вся необходимая информация для оптимального выбора.
