В марте 2020 года, попав в Испании в круговорот пандемии и столкнувшись с непредвиденными обстоятельствами, я купил билет на автобус - как вариант возврата в Россию за день до того, как Польша закрыла границы. Соответственно перевозчик не смог передо мной исполнить свои обязательства. На следующий день попытался оформить возврат и мне отказали. Я понимаю - у всех тяжелая ситуация. Но все другие перевозчики и гостиницы оперативно вернули деньги. Например WizzAir предложил на выбор вернуть деньги на карту в 100% объеме или разместить их на счете клиента с 20% надбавкой в качестве извинения - причем это инициатива самой авиакомпании. Ecolines выбрал путь иной - компания взяла деньги за билеты и теперь держит всех клиентов в заложниках, на письма не отвечают. Это уже просто выглядит как воровство. То есть компания отказывается от возврата даже на своих условиях (а в условиях изначально была возможность вернуть билет с возвратом стоимости в 80%). Они просто делают ваш билет невозвратным. Считаю, что в этих условиях необходимо предупредить всех, что пользоваться услугами данного перевозчика не стоит!

Первый раз вижу. Живу в этом доме и ни о каких междугородних автобусах не слышал. Может комнатку где снимают.

опоздал на автобус на 3 минуты. автобус стоял на перроне, но мне сказали, что мой билет перепродан- финансы возвращать отказались

Ужасная транспортная компания . Ни советую ни кому, стюардессы не грамотные, автобусы старые. Продают на одно место несколько билетов разным людям. Так что могут высадить где угодно и когда угодно из автобуса.
