Несоответствие стоимости, заявленной на сайте и предъявленной фактически. Систем углового диван на 5 посадочных мест по цене на на сайте составляла 3,5 тр( без дезинфекции и выявления пятен и запаха). Я уточнила стоимость по телефону, объяснив , что диван раскладывается в спальное место размером 2, 2*2,7 м. Стоимость 3,5 т. Р.мне подтвердили. По факту оказалось , 4,2 т.р. И отдельно 600 руб за съемную спинку нераскладывающейся части дивана( как за подушку). При этом ранее за химчистку этого же дивана в других клиринговых компаниях я платила 3,5 т. р. с дезинфекцией и выведением запаха и пятен. Более того, когда диван высох, он оказался в разводах от использованного чистящего средства. Окна были помыты хорошо, но после высыхания коробки и подоконники были так же в потеках и пятнах моющего средства, чистой водой ничего не смыкалось. Ковры перед чисткой не пылесосили. Когда я стала сворачивать ковер, то под ним оказался мусор, который стал сыпаться и из самого ковра. Кроме того, на сайте указана цена за мытьё окон , но по факту она тоже оказалась в два раза выше, так как площади окон почему-то считается с двух сторон. Этой информации на сайте нигде не указано, что явилось для меня неожиданным сюрпризом. Я звонила, уточнить цену, но меня тоже не предупредили о правилах исчисления объемов.
