Поделюсь крайне негативным опытом покупки обуви Ecco. Предыстория короткая: являюсь давним поклонником Ecco, сносил не одну пару – все отлично. В декабре в фирменном магазине Ecco в Вегас Крокус Сити купил пару зимних ботинок ULT-TRN M. Ботинки прекрасные, удобные, теплые. В феврале вдруг начала отрываться внутренняя прокладка прямо по шву – нитки расползлись. Позвонил в головной магазин, сказали отнести в магазин, где покупал, там обменяют или вернут деньги. И далее начался триллер. Возврат денег занял более месяца. Две экспертизы, четыре похода в магазин, консультации с юристами, несколько поездок в независимую экспертизу. Изначально, магазин вообще отказался возвращать деньги, поскольку, по их мнению, это я порезал швы «острым предметом». Если бы я изначально не встал в жесткую позицию, вплоть до иска в суд – никто бы ничего не поменял. Конечно же независимая экспертиза сразу же показала, что это явный производственный брак, причем видимый невооруженным глазом. Вывод: компания крайне неклиентоориентированная и нелояльная даже к своим постоянным клиентам, менеджмент непрофессиональный и откровенно недееспособный, ну и что печально: качество обуви Ecco испортилось до уровня китайских тапочек за 200 рублей. Жаль, еще одним хорошим брендом в России стало меньше. PS. Ни извинений, ни попыток компенсации – НИЧЕГО от компании и персонала после месяца хождений по мукам. Документы прилагаются. Здесь и отчет магазинной «экспертизы» и независимой.
