нельзя по каталогу посмотреть что тут есть, очень неудобно, надо ехать. и доставку по интернету самовывоз не оформить

Хочу оставить свой отзыв о магазине Ecco в ТЦ Столица в Солнцево. В столицу пришли только потому что близко к дому, да и по сайту посмотрели, что в нем есть размер интересующих ботинок. Обслуживание крайне отвратительное, взмыленные продавцы с кучей коробок. Когда наконец к нам подошел консультант, попросили принести 43 размер, он принес 44, со словами,что 43 не смог найти, но он в наличии. Когда же для сравнения я все же попросила 43, он сказал,что он в процессе и даже не сдвинулся с места. Др угой консультант на вопрос до какой температуры можно носить ботинки, ответила, что все вопросы к нашему консультанту. В общем 43 размера мы так и не увидели, взяли 44 и то только потому, что именно за ними пришли. Обувь экко как вскгда на высоте, а вот обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего, в этот магазин болтше не приду. – показать
