Заказывали через приложение лекарства на сумму около 3500 рублей и с промокодом на 10%, обещали готовность в течение часа. Лекарства нужны были срочно поэтому и выбрали эту аптеку. Но в итоге заказ не выдают уже сутки, мол лекарства в аптеке есть но выдавать их по промокоду мы не будем, надо ехать на склад чтобы выдать лекарства по вашей цене. и кормят обещаниями.

Пытались у вас выяснить номер заказа на другом сайте отзывов, но тот, что вы прислали, оформлен на другого человека, а мы хотим убедиться, что это вы, чтобы изучить вашу ситуацию и сделать вам скидку на следующий заказ. Поэтому очень просим вас написать нам на otzyv@eapteka.ru, и мы разберемся с вашей ситуацией. По поводу сервиса выдачи заказов в течение часа: он находится в стадии тестирования – об этом есть информация на сайте, в приложении мы обязательно тоже об этом напишем. За все время тестирования почти 100% заказов были выданы в течение часа. Бывают очень редкие случаи, когда по заказанной цене товар в аптеке закончился, а информация вовремя не отобразилась на сайте или в приложении. Товар оказался под заказ со склада. Именно поэтому у вас не сработал сервис "В течение часа". Извините нас, пожалуйста, за это. Мы стремимся привести показатель доставки в течение часа к 100%. А еще очень хотим исправить ваше впечатление о нашем сервисе, если позволите.

Все основные лекарства заказываю только здесь. По городу получается одна из самых низких цен. Доставку заказываю в эту аптеку, так как она близко к дому. Персонал всегда вежливый, стараются помочь в спорных ситуациях.
