Настя, ваш заказ не был подтвержден и не был привезен в аптеку, так как заказанный препарат был под заказ у поставщика, а поставщик пока его не привозит. Извините, пожалуйста, что вам никто не позвонил и вы зря сходили в аптеку, да еще наслушались хамского персонала. По этому поводу мы передали претензию, чтобы с персоналом была проведена работа. Спасибо, что сообщили. Еще раз извините, сделаем вам скидку на следующий заказ. Обязательно уточняйте статус заказа, если вам не приходят уведомления.
