Худшая доставка в питере. Курьер Юлия не стала подниматься на этаж, сказала у нее нет времени и надо встретить ее внизу. Потрясающе. У курьера нет терминала, про оплату только наличными информация заранее не была представлена. Зря спускалась.

Отвратительное отношение к людям. Посылка по спб гуляет, курьеры врут, а у операторов одна фраза:"мы действуем по регламенту". Курьеры не договариваются о доставке, а ставят перед фактом, а дальше-не можешь принять тогда, коода ему надо, всё - можно прощаться со своей посылкой, потому как на склад они ее возвращают не в этот же день, а через сколько им надо, а потом все по кругу:звонит внезапно курьер, ставит перед фактом и все...
