Забирала кольцо сегодня в 22:30 Обратила дома внимание,что кольцо было в виде овала,но не круг как я его отдавала,я его помню прекрасно,в каком состоянии я его закладывала,это что за мода теперь,если кольцо тянет на 2к на нем прыгать можно?!

Мало того,что квитанций не дают,только паспорт и все,так испортили мне золото,моя вина что не обратила внимание сразу,ливень и я ушла сразу,и что теперь?!как быть?89963947345

Добрый день. Спасибо за обратную связь, по Вашему вопросу нами было предложено посмотреть видеозапись приемки Вашего кольца, где видно что оно уже было в том состоянии, в котором Вы и забрали его. На что Вы отказались. Также мы предложили выправить кольцо, привести в надлежащий вид. На что Вы тоже отказались. Мы ответственно подходим к хранению вещей и всегда готовы пойти навстречу клиенту в решении его вопроса. Квитанции распечатываются всегда, за исключением технических неполадок с оборудованием.

В чате авито договорились о скидке в 500р на данную модель ноутбука. При встречи техническая составляющая товара не соответствовала объявлению ( был указан ссд в 256ГБ, по факту в ноутбуке оказался 120ГБ). На что дополнительно снизить стоимость отказались хотя разница в ссд 256ГБ и ссд 120ГБ составляет порядка 1300р. Хамили при встрече, не советую обращаться в данную сеть.

Спасибо за обратную связь, в объявлении действительно по ошибке был указан не фактически установленный ссд, а из описания к ноутбуку с завода. Принимая во внимание то, что вы съездили в наш магазин а товар оказался не тот, мы предложили Вам скидку в 1000р на данный ноутбук и договорились, что Вы заберете его на 70 лет Октября 9а. Однако за ноутбуком Вы так и не приехали. Приглашаем в наши магазины, асортимент ноубтуков постоянно пополняется и обновляется!
