Сейчас работаю с Джетстроем. Заказал в их проектном бюро проект. Был у них на нескольких стройплощадках (уж больно красивые фотки у них на сайте в репортажах), но реально у них порядок и чувствуется, что организация серьезная. Общался с их заказчиком и технадзором одного из объектов из Адвоката качества, пока все устраивает. Действительно они проектируют и строят только большие коттеджи, но делают все своими силами, качественно и главное, что отвечают за все работы.

Джетстрой строил нам дом. "Строят сами" - это слегка...неверно сказано. Они нанимают бригады, которые можете нанять и Вы сами на любом рынке, и ставят директоров строительства, а с Вас берут свою маржу. Хотя рассказывают много )) Качество, имхо, не соответствует стоимости. Проверяйте сметы, особенно на инженерку - можете удивиться. У нас, если коротко - проблемы в теплоизоляции стен - конструктив выполнен некачественно, мостики холода в теплоизоляционном материале и в кладке, отсутствие теплоизоляции балок и плит перекрытия и т.д., что в совокупности приводит к большим теплопотерям и отсутствию комфорта в морозы. В доме воняет канализацией - видимо не установлены где нужно клапана и не сделаны выводы на крышу, хотя в проекте все это есть. Ошибки просто топорные и не соответствуют всем этим флагам на площадке, офису и симпатичным секретаршам. Вообще подход Джетстроя - если клиент хочет строить дом под водой - мы не скажем ему, что это идиотизм, мы скажем, что это отличная идея и слупим с него, дурака, кучу денег. Надо лишь заметить, что все это - характерные черты ВСЕХ наших строительных компаний.
