Добрый день. Моя бабушка ходит на бесплатные занятия по плаванию от соц.защиты, исходя из того, что моя бабушка плохо плавает, ей 78 лет, а бассейн у вас достаточно глубокий, тренер, молодой человек, посоветовал купить пояс для плавания. Придя в очередной раз 27.10 в 9:15, тренером оказалась женщина, которая стала прямым текстом кричать и хамить моей бабушке, оказалось, что пояса больше использовать нельзя. Неужели во всей Москве запретили плавать с поясом, еще и собственно купленным? Также, зая вила, что записала фамилии бабушек с поясами и что их вообще больше не пустят на занятия! И чтобы они больше не появлялись в бассейне! Кто такая эта женщина, которая запрещает ходить на бесплатные занятия, выписанные соц.защитой на 3 мес?? Бассейн довольно чистый. Медсестра — бдит. Персонал на входе раз на раз не приходится- но в целом дружелюбием не блещут — СОВОК. На всю раздевалку 3 душа, воду регулировать нельзя. Туалеты и шкафчики без замков. Аквааэробика для взрослых. Замечательное занятие, НО в группе дамы активно развивают дедовщину. Это моё место в бассейне, Это мой шкаф и и.д., при этом главный аргумент — я сюда уже много лет хожу, поэтому так и без разговоров. Общаются по-хамски, не смотря на свой возраст. Тренер всячески это поддерживает, что на мой взгляд неприемлемо. не нравится — до свидания. Жаль. – показать
