Знаю работников сервиса более 15 лет. Отличные специалисты. К проблемам клиентов всегда подходят вдумчиво. У них не бывает скоропалительных решений. Все действия вначале согласовываются с клиентом. Мне нравится как они работают.

1) В понедельник 22.10.2018 по предварительной договоренности приехал на замену масла. Отправившись с работы, я приехал в 10—45. Приемщик с удивлением на меня посмотрел и сообщил, что мест нет. На мою претензию о том, что я записывался по телефону в пятницу (я сообщил, что записался на 10—30) стал предъявлять претензии, что я поздно приехал и уже 10—45 и места уже все заняты. Однако на моем телефоне ведется запись звонков и на записи сотрудник говорит чтобы я приезжал к 11 часам. В итоге пришлос ь уехать ни с чем. Потраченного время невероятно жалко!2) Ранее менял глушитель на машине жены. Запчасти были мои (глушитель оригинал). Когда выезжал не особо обратил внимание что где-то «сечет» так как раньше вообще ездить нельзя было. На следующий день уже стало понятно, что сечет сильно где-то в районе АКПП и с каждым днем всё сильнее. К ним попасть ни как не получалось, то времени не было, то человек по глушителям все время был занят, а потом и вовсе заболел. Поехал в другой сервис, там выяснилось, что фланец на приемной трубе был практически оторван. Так они даже не сообщили об этом. Вот какой был смысл прикручивать новый глушитель к оторванному фланцу?! Ну сказали бы, что делать нет смысла или предложили бы свой вариант ремонта! Короче, какой-то бардак там. – показать

Очень здорово меня обслужили, мужу назвали по телефону одну цену, а когда я приехала чудо-мастер заменил мне 1 лампочку за 700 рублей! Я конечно понимаю, что все хотят зарабатывать, но совесть должна хоть какая-то быть у людей! С таким подходом думаю ваше дело прогорит. я туда больше ни ногой и другим не посоветую хоть и живу в этом районе.
