Заказали дверь, планировали заказать там же и установку. Дверь привезли на следующий день, я разговаривала по телефону, извинилась, попросила подождать водителя 5 минут, т.к. звонок был очень важный. После звонка я начала проверять все, что привезли — дверь, наличники, замок, ручки и т.д. Сначала водитель, как он сказал впоследствии — он же и директор начал что-то говорить по поводу того, что дверь дешевая — на что я дала ему понять, что это, вообще-то, не его дело. Дальше он сказал, что перегородил дорогу и в этом тоже я была виноватой. И тут он начал орать на меня, что если я так все проверяю, то надо было за доставку платить не 300 рублей, а 1000, на что я ответила, что сколько было сказано, столько и оплачиваем, а проверить все — это мое право. В конце этого кошмара он еще поорал на весь коридор и со всей силы хлопнул дверью на этаже. Вообщем, если это действительно директор, то это страшно — это был полный неадекват. Я перезвонила в эту забегаловку (по другому уже назвать не могу) и сказала, что буду ждать извинений в таком хамском поведении, но ничего не дождалась. Странно то, что ВЕндюков А.А. превратился в ВИндюкова П.М.
