Заказывали двери в сентябре, довольны всем! Персонал отзывчивый, помогли выбрать двери, подобрать нужный цвет. Планируем входные поменять, будем заказывать у вас Двери Рус👌

Заказал 2 двери в сан узел, вызвал замер, оформил, ждал двери месяц, оказалось потеряли контакт, ждал еще 2 недели пока их установщик уделит внимание, поставили двери на отвяжись, недостатки выявились после установки, ни каких актов не оформляют, крайне не рекомендую

Добрый день! Спасибо Вам за отзыв. Каждый такой отзыв позволяет нам становиться лучше. К сожалению не все и не всегда получается гладко. Срок доставки дверей той фабрики, которую Вы заказали, составляет 3 недели. Ваши двери пришли вовремя, однако мы не смогли с Вами связаться сразу же, т.к., по чистой случайности, акт замера в котором указываются все контактные данные покупателя, оказался у Вас. Если же у Вас возникли вопросы по установке дверей и оформлению документов, пожалуйста, свяжитесь с нами для устранения всех замечаний. Спасибо! С уважением к Вам салон дверей Двери-Рус.
