Достоинства: Решение всех вопросов по звонку, клиентского запроса. Недостатки: Нет замечаний Комментарий: Выражаю огромную благодарность Михаилу за отзывчивость. Я с другого региона, двери пришлось заказывать в слепую, но попался отличный менеджер Михаил с которым были решены все вопросы. Хочу так же напомнить, что приходилось к нему обращаться и в нерабочее время, но всегда был на контакте. Четко была оговорена дата и в срок были доставлены двери. Двери соответствуют по всем заданым размерам. Спасибо вам Михаил за отлично отработанный заказ. Побольше бы таких ответственных сотрудников на предприятии. Рекомендую.

Достоинства: Как бы нужное есть Недостатки: Остальное сплошные недостатки Комментарий: 25 .12.18 г. заказал недорогие 4 двери ,коробки и наличники. Пообещали привести бесплатно через 3 дня или платно за день. Привезли через 2 дня на минивене навалом киргиз , вместе с запасными кузовными элементами автомобиля. Другие заказы пока искал мои детали, бросил в снег!!!!. Был обнаружено недостачу 5 стоек и 10 наличников ( 4 двери,10 стоек,20 наличников). Было предложено оплатить заказ полностью, привезут завтра. Документов на двери не дают их нет и не будет!!!!( гарантии тоже). Налоговая плачет. На звонки мои не отвечали .когда ответили 17 января, предложили заплатить за недовоз 1500р за доставку. Мои доводы их не волнуют. Мне пришлось 20 января купить стоики коробок в другом месте. Я почитал отзывы о них в других местах ,плохо. Продавцы воздуха,( чужого товара). Безответственность, не умения комплектовать заказ. Во время монтажа дверей обнаружен скрытый брак!!!!
