Отвратительная фирма. Магазин Дункан Загорье. Обманули по телефону, что товар есть в наличие. Приехали отпросились с работы. По факту товара нет. Не приятно. Предложили компенсировать дорогу. Сарказм? Или издёвка.

Как всегда продавцы норовят обмануть. Покупал счетчик газа, спросил - свежий, на что ответили - да, полтора месяца не больше. В результате когда получил на складе оказалось, что ему уже пол года. Третий раз прихожу что-то покупать и каждый раз такая фигня. Лучше всего было когда продавец выписывал не то что надо, а выяснялось это на складе. и ладно 1 раз ошибиться, но он 4 раза перевыписывал, в конце уже кладовщик ему помогал собрать заказ из 5 позиций. Жесть какая-то никто даже не извинился. зато цены дороже чем везде!

В ситуации при покупке Вами счетчика газа, продавцами-консультантами Вам было предложено несколько вариантов решения вопроса (возврат денежных средств, скидка, получение товара на другом складе). При выписке товара в магазине не видна дата выпуска счетчика, а при получении на складе Вам выдали счетчик из другой партии. В описанной Вами ситуации из более ранней покупки в нашем магазине, мы сможем разобраться, если Вы обратитесь к нам с документами с датой, подтверждающей покупку в нашем магазине. Сеть магазинов сантехники с хорошим ассортиментом в наличии, но цены иногда завышены и проще подождать и купить под заказ в другом месте.
