В этой конторе ДТЦ КЛИМАТ (ООО "МосТорг") абсолютно не ценят клиентов, они даже разговаривать не умеют, не то чтобы услуги качественные оказывать! Мы ждем установки кондиционера уже более 2-х месяцев, и это при 100% предоплате. Сначала мы долго ждали, когда же к нам кто-либо придет на установку. Наконец-то специалисты по установке пришли и заявили, что установка будет дороже. Платите еще. До оплаты они к нам приходили, смотрели, все считали. Не понятно почему сразу не заметили удорожания! После недолгих споров мы все-таки согласились на доплату, но теперь не можем дождаться опять установщиков! Просто беспредел. Звоню на фирму, менеджер отвечает по хамски, с жалобой разбираться не хотят, с руководством не соединяют, скорее всего и руководства никакого нет - «шарашкина контора». На их сайте заявлены такие принципы работы, как высокие стандарты качества, бизнес корректность, профессионализм в работе. Все это ОТСУТСТВУЕТ напрочь!!!

Безответственный уровень обслуживания клиентов в компании dtcklimat. отказывается нести ответственность по гарантии, руководство этого сайта работает теперь под другим ООО. Руководство dtcklimat от рекламации открещивается и не хочет нести ответственность по рекламации, но при этом продолжает продавать кондиционеры через dtcklimat как ни в чем не бывало. ОБХОДИ СТОРОНОЙ !
