Безобразие. Жил там более недели почти 10 дней и потом меня попросили переехать в хостел Графити и там жил почти 10 дней и потом перевели в хостел на Литейный 61 а сегодня узнал, что я вообще в черном списке и больше меня нигде не заселяют. Почему? Мне на Восстания 11 не понравилось, потому что кровати шатаются когда кто то спит на втором этаже и забирается туда ночью. Вонь стоит в комнатах страшная. Всп люди которые там саят храпят и выпускают газы. Зачем во время короновируса так уплотнять хостелы? В погоне за деньгами? А на людей даже не смотрите?

Владимир, благодарю Вас за обратную связь. Очень жаль, что у Вас остались неприятные впечатления о проживании. Вам было предложено переехать потому, что у нас, к сожалению, не было свободных мест. Мы обратим внимание на устойчивость кроватей и запах в комнатах, раньше подобных замечаний не было. К сожалению, мы не можем контролировать все звуки, которые встречаются в многоместной комнате. Однако если бы проблема была известна администратору, мы бы обязательно предложили вариант ее решения (например, переезд в другой многоместный номер). Что же касается невозможности дальнейшего проживания в хостелах нашей сети - гостями хостела "Друзья на Литейном" была составлена и подписана общая жалоба на нарушение Вами правил проживания.

Отличный хостел. Каждый день уборка. Очень приятные и приветливые девушки администраторы. Особенно Роксана. Недалеко вокзал, достопримечательности, магазины и т.ц. Однозначно всем рекомендую
