Преобреали телефон все хорошо продовцы вежливые подсказали все что интереовало обьяснили сделали скидку дали бонусную карту телефон преобрели на 15% дешевле чем в магазинах электроники подобрали через екаталог выдал этот магазин не разочерлвались советую👍

Отвратительное обслуживание. Менеджеры работают ужасно - особенно Кирилл Лебедев отличился. Заказала пианино, мне ответили, что доставка у них не работает в майские из-за пандемии (не будем вспоминать, что везде все работает и все доставляют нормально). Не позвонили после майских, звонила им сама. Сказали - ой, мы вам перезвоним. Ждала 2 дня - нет звонка. Пришлось самой им позвонить и они опять - ой, мы перезвоним. В первый раз вообще отменили заказ и не сообщили, узнала, когда только позвонила спросить - где мой заказ. Они перекупщики, которые врут клиентам и вообще не могут ничего адекватно оформить и доставить. Никогда там ничего не заказывайте.
