По порядку. Уверили, что заказ надо будет ждать 5 дней, привезли через 10, при этом постоянно уверяли, что «вот уже сегодня вечером привезут». Всегда общался с разными людьми, общая у них была только низкая заинтересованность. В итоге привезли не все детали, и то оказались помятые и поцарапанные (согласились скинуть цену, по 500 рублей за каждую деталь). Обещали привезти последнюю деталь через 3 дня, привезли через 11 дней! Опять же каждый раз уверяли, что вот-вот уже на подходе, курьер забыл доставить и прочее. Вопрос, вы зачем мозги людям пудрите, называя даты, в которые сами не укладываетесь? При этом продолжаете твердить, что вот уже буквально через час все будет, а в итоге ещё несколько дней ждёшь. Обращаюсь к клиентам, если соберётесь что-нибудь заказывать, будьте готовы, что детали придут помятые (ни одна деталь целой не оказалась), к срокам смело прибавляйте дней 10. При этом вас никто уведомлять не будет, что заказ пришёл, придётся каждый раз вызванивать и уточнять, при этом не всегда будут брать трубку, а если возьмут, то будет уже другой специалист (конечно «специалист» это громко сказано) которому нужно будет все заново объяснять.
