Взяли кредит, подошёл срок оплаты и началось, нет ни одного терминала, нашли какой-то терминал который берет 2% хотя банк сказал, что там без процентов, через сбербанк онлайн и тоже комиссия, а это 18700 за срок пользования кредитом. У нас уже просрочка, где оплатить не понятно.

Ужасный банк! Доставляет больше хлопот, в итак удручающей ситуации с кредитом, чем удовольствия в пользовании его услугами. После получения кредита начинается квест: 1. Отсутствие банкоматов для пополнения счета без комиссии. 2. Чтобы пополнять счет без комиссии обязательно необходим личный кабинет в Сбербанке. И тут тоже не без подводных камней. Чтобы не платить комиссию необходимо создать автоплатеж (поначалу тоже квест и требуются подсказки специалиста банка). 3. Досрочное полное или частичное погашение тоже не без приключения. Досрочное погашение необходимо планировать за 30 дней до события! И самое интересное, что данное условие прописано в общих условиях банка, а не в договоре (в общем, не все прозрачно и красиво). Так что, если вдруг у вас появились лишние денежки и вы хотите досрочно погасить ваш кредит, готовьтесь проплатить лишние проценты за целый месяц. В общем, резюмирую: чем "слаще" условия кредита, тем больше бодводных камней и проблем, с которыми вы столкнетесь. Если вам за две-пять минут одобрили кредит, значит вам как минимум дня два-три потребуется для прочтения договора и всех условий. Удачи вам!
