(Большой текст!!) Шарага, которую ещё и поискать придётся. Клиентоариентированность на нуле. Если есть возможность выбора, бегите от этой ТК как можно дальше. Доставка осуществлялась с интернет магазина. Из Москвы до Владивостока писали 3 дня. Заказал в понедельник 11.05, обещали привезти в пятницу 15.05 с 10 до 18. В пятницу в час, через Вконтакте, который я уже забыл как выглядит в глаза, пришло уведомление, что сегодня посылка не приедет. (у них был мой телефон, электронка, но почему-то уведомили через мёртвое приложение). Предложили перенести на 16.05. Залез на их сайт перенёс на субботу с 10 до 14. Суббота 15.00 ни курьера не звонка, захожу на сайт, они самовольно перенесли доставку на воскресенье 17.05. Воскресенье 15.00 ни курьера ни звонка, захожу на сайт, и вновь они сами перенесли мою доставку, когда я все выходные её прождал. Врямя в пустую. Заказал обратный звонок, к чести, перезвонили через 30 минут. Рассказываю все, что написано ранее, в ответ получаю следующее от первого консультанта: "она у вас вообще изначально должна идти 7 дней, сейчас она в Хабаровске, когда будет ответить не можем". После продолжительной беседы и моего негодования, девушка не выдержав напора, и вопросов просто бросила трубку(вопрос естественно не решён). Заказываю второй обратный звонок, перезванивать через 30 минут, но у телефона уже парень. Рассказываю свои историю снова. Мне было сказано, что завтра 18.05 она 100% будет во Владивостоке,и можно выбрать время, после 18.00. Доверия эта информация естественно не внушила, раз уж 100 % моя посылка будет в понедельник, привезите мне её во вторник 19.05 с 18 до 22. 19.05 вторник, мониторю их сайт, ожидая, что будет очередной перенос, без моего ведома. Так и произошло. Ни уведомления, ни звонка, них...ра. Проблема в том, что посылка оплачена, и сумма не малая. Поменять адрес получения может только отправитель. Курьер ждёт 15 минут на месте и уезжает. Это дополнительные правила компании.
