Я не понимаю для кого и как работает эта компания. Курьеры после 17 часов уже не доставляют. В чем вообще логика? Люди ведь работают. В выходные, как вы можете догадаться, тоже не доставляют. Офис получения находится в самой дальней точке города, если не сказать чуть жёстче. Режим работы офиса тоже грустный. В общем искренне не понимаю как они держится на рынке, учитывая сервис озонов, боксберри, вайлдбериейсоов и даже прости господи почты россии.

Днище!!! Пришла СМС что если не заберу посылку через три дня отправят обратно. До этого каких либо смс и др оповещений не было. Приехал в контору оператор говорит что лишь посредник и что где посылка не знает. Заказал на сайте обратный звонок, не позвонили. В общем посылку так и не получил. Не знал что что то существует хуже почты России

Служба DPD кормит завтраками, каждый день обещают, что завтра точно доставят. DPD позвонили в пятницу, сказали, что доставку ждать в понедельник, время не могут сказать, с 9 до 18. Весь понедельник сидели, ждали, ничего не привезли, потом 30 минут дозванивались до DPD, они начали рассказывать какую-то неправдоподобную историю, что якобы виноват отправитель, но завтра они точно доставят, ждите опять весь день. Прождали весь вторник, опять ничего, опять 30 минут дозваниваемся, опять приносят извинения и опять говорят, что завтра точно доставят, опять сидите весь день дома. Если что-то будете через них получать, то лучше берите отпуск на месяц, вам придётся весь этот месяц сидеть дома с 9 до 18 в надежде на чудо в лице курьера. Хуже Почты России.
