По выходным не работают, курьер возит когда ему удобно а не вам, через приложение вообще ничего не работает

Впервые заказала самовывоз через эту компанию и в жизни больше не закажу. Потратила кучу нервов и денег что бы получить свои посылки.

Люди! Никогда не пользуйтесь услугами данной компании. Пришел курьер, оставил товар, взял деньги, никакой квитанции о том, что деньги получены при нем не оказалось. Как можно подтвердить, что деньги получены, он не знает. Якобы должна прийти электронная квитанция. Пришлось им звонить на прямую линию несколько раз. В конце концов прислали. Сейчас уже никто так не работает, позорище.

Качество обслуживания отвратительное. В сообщении от данной компании обозначается адрес получения в центре города : г. Саранск, ул. Большевистская 13 , фактически по этому адресу находится Ростелеком. По единственному телефону на сайте DPD автоответчик так же посылает по этому адресу. Живое общение по телефону с конкретным пунктом выдачи не возможно. Просто тупо надо ехать на окраину города и выяснять, где можно получить посылку. Оказывается ее можно получить именно в Ростелекоме, отстояв очередь, обслуживаемую по всем вопросам, связанным с работой этой организации. Это и телефония и интернет и пр. пр.. В общем полный ужас. Больше никогда и не за что не соглашусь на доставку ТК DPD.

Отвезли посылку в промышленный район города.Хотя было обещано,что груз доставят в центр города.Какие то нелепые отговорки,что посылка не подходит по параметрам.Ехать надо на самые задворках города.Машины у меня нет.Придётся тратиться на такси.Никогда больше не воспользуюсь вашей компанией.Ждала звонка 2 дня,пока сама не дозвониласьОценка- плохо,впрочем как и всегда в нашей многострададьной и чумурудной стране.
