Конченная контора! Жду заказ с Али экспресс робот по телефону оповестил что доставка назначена на 16 марта 2020 года и вот это день наступил рабочий день прошел но доставки нет звонков нет звоню в поддержку , а робот мне говорит что доставка перенесена 23 марта без объяснений без предупреждений жди голубчик еще неделю. Это третья посылка через DPD и всегда у них запарки с доставкой

Доброго времени суток, уважаемый претензионный отдел! Прошу вас обратить внимание на офис, который находится в славном г. Бийск, по ул. Мамонтова. Последние три месяца очень ханское отношение к корп. клиентам, ну и такой же сервис. Таким темпом вы всех крупных клиентов очень быстро потеряете (слава Богу на рынке хватает ТК), благодаря своим "замечательным" сотрудникам. ну или их хамоватой начальнице.
