Ужасная служба доставки. Мало того, что у меня доставка была запланирована на 8 ноября, которая по Вашей причине не состоялась, потом, без предупреждения, перенесли аж на 16 ноября, а затем на 10, не согласовав даже время и дату со мной. Так ещё и курьеры у вас необразованны и не умеют работать. В приложении у меня стоит время доставки с 18 до 22. Мне в 14.00 звонит курьер и спрашивает, может ли подъехать сейчас. На мой отрицательный ответ, он начинает сначала гундеть о том, что тогда потом приедет только после 17.00, а затем вдруг заявляет, что вообще уезжает на посёлок и обратно сегодня не приедет. Что значит «обратно не приедет»? У меня выставлена доставка с 18.00 до 22.00. Почему Ваш работник позволяет так общаться с клиентом и «угрожать», что, если я в данный момент не заберу посылку, то потом он может не приехать. Напоминаю, время и дата доставки были выставлены причём Вами самостоятельно без моего согласия 10 ноября с 18 до 22. Сами установили время, сами не можете в него уложиться. Испортили все настроение не день.

Долго, с Ростова в Новочеркасск, а это 30км всего то, посылка шла 7 дней, а пункт получения на Баклановском 25 в том же Новочеркасске вообще никаких опознавательных знаков не имеет, по номеру телефона можно поговорить только с автоответчиком, который предложил что угодно только не подсказать где и что искать
