Всё по честному расскажу. Стараются, вроде как бы западный стандарт. На деле - высокие цены, проблемы с температурной перевозкой. Отправил логер с грузом - 16С!!!!! а берут за это + 30% от стоимости перевозки! Не рискуйте с температурным режимом в этой фирме. Ответ на претензию - месяц ждать!!! Вот это уже Рассиянский чисто подход. Временно перестали отправлять грузы а ведь стали корпоративными клиентами со скидкой 14% ПОЗОР.

Ужасная служба доставки. Заказала подарок ребенку на ДР в Детском Мире доставка DPD. Приехал курьер в срок который был указан . Вышел из машины покрутил терминал, сказал что не работает и что посылку не отдаст. Стали спрашивать что делать, ведь посылка 100% оплачена, он молча сел в машину ни чего не ответив и уехал, только сказал из окна машины приеду завтра…. Это вообще что за колхоз????? Служба поддержки не отвечает, курьер сбрасывает звонки…..ни кому не рекомендую работать с этой службой доставки.

Ужасная доставка. Случайно выбрала в приложение способ доставки ,и пожалела очень. Временной отрезок доставки простите с 9-18:00.Звонок за 30 минут до доставки ,и не важно что возможно ты отошла куда то ,курьер потом просто не соглашается перенести время ,просто сразу перенос и при чем дай бог если вам повезет и на следующий день это будний! Пришла в офис дак еще и выставили дурой ,что я должна сама позвонить курьеру и договорится с ним о том что бы пересечься и забрать свой заказ ,девушка говорит : Курьер сейчас в центре если вы на машине вы можете с ним созвонится и забрать свой заказ ! Слов нет! Суть вот в чем их офис находится рядом с моим домом , и курьер в любом случае поедет через мой дом в чем проблема была закинуть мне МОЙ ЖЕ ЗАКАЗ. Доставка до 18:00 он сказал будет около 5 на базе !!! Ужасно больше никогда не буду пользоваться этой транспортной компанией ! Итог вылавливала просто курьера около их офиса ,так как работаю просто рядом Класс
