Первое и надеюсь, последнее сотрудничество. Заказала посылку с Алиэкспресс. Там автоматически была выбрана доставка через dpd. Почитала отзывы и ужаснулась. Рейтинги ниже плинтуса на всех площадках. Но назад пути уже не было. Товар действительно пришел довольно быстро до Ярославля( что и логично, ведь Москва близко) но дальше началось интересное. 31 марта мне позвонил курьер, спросил, готова ли я принять заказ. Сказала, что на работе и завтра тоже буду на работе до 17.20. Интервал доставки у компании заявлен до 18 часов. На что курьер сказал, что вряд ли мне кто-то повезет после 17 часов посылку. ( Сразу скажу что все интервалы ужасно неудобные. Нельзя выбрать какой-то более узкий промежуток. Видимо по мнению компании люди должны сидеть дома весь день и ждать, когда привезут посылочку) Посоветовал перекинуть в пункт выдачи. (Был вариант, поменять адрес на рабочий, но что-то начало мне подсказывать, что такими темпами доставку обязательно назначат на выходной день) Так и сделала. Сразу же после звонка. Дата доставки автоматически сдвинулась на день. На след день сдвинулась еще на два дня. 4 апреля позвонила по горячей линии выяснить, когда придет заказ. Девушка по телефону сообщила, что курьер не может доставить заказ в постамат, из-за того что тот переполнен и когда будет доставлен - неизвестно. Предложила перекинуть в пункт выдачи. Пункт выдачи расположен неудобно, далеко от дома. Но в постамат поняла, что ждать бесполезно. Заранее поинтересовалась, сколько времени займет доставить в пункт выдачи. Сказали, что 5-6 апреля будет доставлено. Я надеюсь, что в этом месяце посылка все таки сможет достичь пункта назначения. Но пока у меня большие сомнения.
