Отвратительная служба доставки. Готовьтесь к тому, что Вы никому не нужны, Ваши вопросы тем более и общаться Вам только с ботами и роботами. Горячей линии для клиентов нет (Вам отвечает робот), чтобы изменить дату доставки, придётся изрядно постараться и пообщаться с ботами. Которые, разумеется, не понимают суть вопроса и отвечают шаблонными сообщениями. Далее, курьер присылает Вам смс за полчаса до приезда. То есть сидеть и ждать заказ, нужно весь день, с 9.00 до 18.00. Сложности с переносом времени. Низкая клиентоориентированость. Заказывала в товар в Экко, магазин переслал этой службой. Больше не буду пользоваться подобной услугой.
