На приёме у уролога Эскерова Р. Т. (04.04.2026) врач не провёл осмотр и не назначил обследования, но в медицинской карте указал, что измерял давление, температуру, оценивал состояние кожного покрова и проводил пальпацию. Эти данные не соответствуют действительности. Лечение, назначенное без диагностики, не дало результата — через две недели состояние ухудшилось. После консультации другого уролога (25.04.2026) и проведённых обследований был поставлен корректный диагноз. Отсутствие адекватной диагностики на первом этапе привело к прогрессированию заболевания. Готов предоставить копии медицинской документации для подтверждения изложенных фактов.
