Администратор Екатерина Яковлева разговаривает с посетителями так, как будто ей они что то должны, типа за прием заплатили ну и мне ещё заплатите за то что я вас тут консультирую. Просто кошмар как позволяет себя вести с людьми, которые и так пришли в мед центр с проблемой, так она ещё усугубляет их состояние. Врач Ручкина вообще мне не понятно кем там работает, на приеме два раза ответила на телефон мобильный по своему личному делу, а я и так ждала прием 20 минут так она ещё мне типа подождите, я сейчас поговорю. Так и хочется сказать, идите продавать пирожки и там разговаривайте. И по сути проблемы в итоге никаких рекомендаций я не получила. В общих чертах всё хорошо. Ну было бы всё хорошо, я бы и на прием не пошла. В общем, совет руководителям: поменяйте кардинально подход к посетителям. Не соответствует клиника ценам за приёмы
