Очень быстро подобрали желаемый вариант квартиры, подготовили все документы для оформления ипотечного кредита и сделки покупки квартиры. Все прошло быстро, грамотно и без проблем. Хочу выразить особую благодарность управляющей агентством Роор Елене Владимировне и агенту по работе с недвижимостью Песневой Нине, за чёткую работу, профессионализм и доброжелательность. Своей работой агентство оправдывает название "Доступное жильё". Буду рекомендовать своим знакомым. Удачи коллективу в работе огромное спасибо!!!!

Решилась на покупку квартиры. Обратилась в агентство по рекомендации знакомых, посоветовали Людмилу Тимофеевну. Проблема состояла в том, что я живу не городе Красноярске, а в другом населеном пункте и необходимо было начать работу по поиску жилья и оформлению ипотеки на расстоянии. В агентстве с пониманием отнеслись к моей ситуации, взаимодействие с Людмилой Тимофеевной осуществляли по телефону и через электронную почту. По приезду в город для меня был подготовлен весь пакет документов, получено одобрение на ипотеку. По всем вопросам меня консультировали юрист агентства и Людмила Тимофеевна. В настоящий момент ожидаем когда квартира будет сдана, а дальнейшее наше сотрудничество будет продолжено. Агентство будет сопровождать до самой сдачи квартиры и получения ключей. Спасибо большое всем специалистам за работу, особую благодарность хочу выразить Людмиле Тимофеевне за понимание и профессиональный подход к делу.
