Хороший отель 4*, вежливый персонал, номер с завтраком ( шведский стол), чистое белье, есть все необходимое ( телевизор, интернет, магазин рядом)

Расположение на «5-»: рядом с м.Достоевская; в пешей доступности Невский, со всеми его достопримечательностями. Минус за то что блеклый фасад отеля теряется за вывесками общепита. Завтраки (шведский стол) на «4» - голодным не останешься, но гурманы будут разочарованы. Номера - как повезёт. Двухместный «стандарт» - на твёрдую «4» (не хватает чайника с принадлежностями); за двухместный «комфорт» - «2», номер просто убивает духотой - видимо, проблема с системой вентиляции, плюс окно не открывается (конкретно в номерах этого формата). Персонал - «5-»: клиентоориентированность на высоте; минус за то, что в отель проблематично дозвониться. Уборка - без замечаний. Особо отмечу - небольшой фитнес-зал и сауну. Ценник - вполне конкурирует с отелями такого уровня. Вообщем, отель рекомендую, но при условии заселения в номер с открывающимся окном.
