Сразу расскажу по пунктам. 1) Это лотерея, потому что один раз привезли отличный букет, второй уже нет. Ожидания и реальность далеко не совпали (смотрите фотографии). Там нет такого количества ромашек как на фотографии при заказе. 2) Доставка опоздала на 30 минут, хотя вроде доставка платная, так почему же не выполняете условия? Пришлось звонить и узнавать подробности по заказу. Вывод: лучше все-таки покупать цветы в нормальных магазинах или искать более хорошую онлайн доставку. Тут не рекомендую заказывать.

Заказала цветы маме подруги. Сначала позвонили потому что нужных цветов не было, хотя в приложении значились в наличии. Затем курьер доехал до адреса и просто отменил заказ, пришлось звонить и выяснять. Ноль из десяти

Дважды заказывал здесь цветы и буду заказывать еще - букеты красивые, собирают оперативно, доставка вовремя, курьеры вежливые - я очень доволен) всем рекомендую! Команде Флавери респект и успехов в бизнесе! :)

Заказывала букет ко времени. Ближе к концу интервала доставки позвонила флористу -- никто не взял трубку. Служба поддержки flawery не работала - ведь 8 марта праздник. Вечером таки дозвонилась до флориста. На вопрос, почему букет не доставлен, получила ответ "ой, я думал, что он доставлен, а он не доставлен". Ни извинений, ни компенсации (ведь доставка букета на 8 марта стоит сильно дороже, чем 9го). И да, обещанное фото букета отправили, поэтому про качество ничего даже не могу сказать. Ну, и как вишенка на торте: говорят, что сотрудничают с программой лояльности Город, но бонусы не начисляются.
