Не очень надежный сервис! Создала заказ с доставкой на завтра. Курьер был найден за 10 мин. На следующий день за полчаса до времени забора курьер отказывается от заказа. И по новой начинается новый поиск курьера. И найдется он или нет - 50 на 50. То есть курьер передумал отвозить заказ, который был подтвержден со вчерашнего дня, а заказчик должен переживать захочет ли другой курьер взять доставку? Служба поддержки конечно ничего не может сделать.

Инесса, курьеры находятся всегда, вопрос лишь во времени. В данный момент пик доставок, поиск курьера может затянуться. Вчера бы я могла заказать курьера в другой службе за те же деньги. Но сегодня я потратила 3 часа своего времени в ожидании назначения нового курьера и теперь еще должна оплачивать большую стоимость доставки за то, что курьер отказался от доставки за полчаса до забора? И вы считаете, что это нормальный выход из ситуации? Надежность вашей компании и лояльность к своим клиентам под большим вопросом! После данного случая, больше нет желания связываться с вашей службой

Здравствуйте. Если курьер взял заказ, потом отказался, предусмотрено наказание ему. Чтобы мы могли более детально разобраться в ситуации, напишите, пожалуйста, номер заказа по которому это произошло.

Заказ 75379. До сих пор не назначен курьер и неизвестно будет ли доставлен мой заказ до 18.00
