Очень не понравилось обслуживание. Что при звонке в данный магазин, что при личном посещении. Отвечали на вопросы неохотно, совершенно неуважительно, лишь бы быстрее отключиться. Уже при личном посещении магазина выбор цветов был маленький, их состояние оставляло желать лучшего. В общем, неоправданно заданные цены, при отсутствии сервиса.

Первый раз в жизни было стыдно за подаренный букет! Я не успела даже уйти из гостей, а половина букета уже завяла!!! Было очень грустно видеть расстроенные глаза своей бабушки. Позвонила в магазин мне там сказали: «значит дома очень жарко», но другой букет то стоял! (Я вручала два разных букета двум разным женщинам, но в одном помещении). На этот аргумент меня обвинили в том, что я сама не умею выбирать цветы 🤦‍♀️ это жесть. Написала руководителю, он сказал, что со мной в ближайшие дни свяжутся. Прошло 3 недели... тишина. До этого я не была клиентом этой сети магазина, зашла случайно, рядом других цветочных не было. И больше точно не зайду! Ни сервиса, ни качества. Вывод один, если хочешь порадовать близкого, лучше пройтись до другого магазина.

Так как нахожусь в другом городе, заказывала доставку мамочке на День Рождения. Сделали очень красивый и нежный букет, учли все пожелания, доставили воврем.Большое спасибо, что помогаете дарить людям радость!)
